Refund Policy

If SheetFixer or workbook cleanup cannot process your workbook automatically, we will flag it for review and contact you with next steps.

If we cannot provide useful output for your uploaded workbook, we will review the order for a refund.

Donation and support payments are voluntary and generally not refundable. Duplicate payments, payment errors, or obvious processing mistakes can be reviewed manually.

For refund questions, email hello@actuallynothing.com with your order link, upload filename, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.
